Our Process

When you book an HPC hydraulic levelling system installation with Motorhome Supplies Ltd, our service covers every step to ensure your vehicle is level, stable, and safe under all conditions:
1.

Pre-Installation Assessment

We begin with a full inspection of your motorhome or campervan, assessing the chassis, suspension, and existing levelling components to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
2.

Workshop Preparation and Safety Measures

Your vehicle is securely lifted and supported. All safety protocols are followed throughout the installation to protect both the vehicle and our technicians.
3.

Installation of Hydraulic Components:

Hydraulic rams, pumps, and control units are fitted according to HPC manufacturer specifications. Hoses and connections are routed and secured to ensure durability and leak-free operation. Control switches or panels are installed for easy user operation.
4.

System Calibration and Testing

Once installed, the hydraulic levelling system is calibrated to provide perfectly level operation on uneven ground. Each corner is individually tested to ensure smooth, precise movement.
5.

Final Safety Checks and Quality Control

The complete system is checked for leaks, secure mounting, and correct operation. We test load handling, movement under full vehicle weight, and emergency manual operation if applicable.
6.

Customer Demonstration

Before your vehicle leaves the workshop, we provide a full demonstration of the system, showing how to level your motorhome safely and efficiently. Guidance is given on maintenance and best practices for long-term reliability.

HPC levelling systems will level a vehicle in 90 seconds or less.

HPC systems make setting up your vehicle fast, safe, and effortless — improving interior comfort and protecting the chassis and suspension.

Installation typically takes a day, depending on your vehicle type and whether additional features are required. A pre-booked appointment ensures minimal downtime.

You have auto levelling functionality and user memory, so you can have your own setup, which is particularly useful if the camper is parked on your driveway, for example. There is also a tank setting for drainage of your waste tank, stabilise for quick levelling, and manual mode, which allows you to raise and lower the jacks in pairs on the front left, right, and rear. This can be done from the colour touchscreen located in the habitation area or from the mobile phone app available on Apple and Android mobile phones completely free of charge.

The HPC hydraulics is the only system manufactured from anodised aluminium. Its main benefit is that it is extremely lightweight, with the whole system weighing 55kg, including hydraulic oil and fittings for a complete 4-corner levelling system. This is one of the lightest hydraulic levelling systems on the market.

The standard levelling systems can lift up to 12t. However, we also offer other systems for heavy-duty applications which can lift up to 32t.

The jacks are manufactured from anodised aluminium without paint, which makes them extremely corrosion-resistant. The stainless-steel base plates are also encased in rubber for extra durability, making the system suitable for all environments, hence why they are installed all over the world in demanding climates.

Yes. HPC systems adjust each corner independently, giving a perfectly level stance on gravel, slopes, or uneven campsite pitches.

Yes, in manual mode, it is possible to lift all wheels off the ground to winterise the vehicle. The system will not drop during this time, and you can leave the vehicle in this position for as long as you like. It is also ideal for changing tyres or fitting snow chains.

No. The system is designed for setup and stationary levelling. Normal driving comfort is unaffected.

HPC systems are simple to use, with a single-button touchscreen control or a mobile app that automatically levels the vehicle. Manual overrides are included for emergencies.

HPC levelling systems are covered by a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty, including callouts anywhere in the UK and coverage in Europe.

Motorhome Supplies offers a service plan after the third year, which allows you to extend the warranty by an additional seven years, for a total of ten years, provided the system is serviced annually after the third-year warranty expires. More details of this service plan can be obtained by emailing enquiries@motorhomesupplies.co.uk.
